KMA APPROVES 2024 COMPOSITE BUDGET
The General Assembly of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has approved its composite budget, Fee-fixing Resolution and its Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the year 2024 at a special meeting of the 4thSession of the 8th Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly on Monday 30thOctober, 2023 at the Prempeh Assembly Hall.
The meeting was also used to discuss and approve the Assembly’s revenue improvement plan for the coming year.
Hon. Patrick Frimpong, the Presiding Member (PM) of the KMA in his opening remarks before the presentation of the 2024 budget, appealed to the honorable Assembly members to study the documents carefully and bring out resourceful contributions and ideas to fast track tis approval.
The presentations were done by the Development Planning, and the Budget and Rating Unit of the KMA and were subsequently discussed and approved by the General Assembly.
