KMA MAYOR LEADS MASSIVE CLEAN-UP EXERCISE IN KUMASI

The Mayor of Kumasi, Hon. Richard Ofori-Agyeman Boadi, led a massive clean-up exercise at Asafo Market, VIP Station, Abinkyi, and from Santase Roundabout to Anyinam, where choked gutters, filth, and other debris were collected and disposed of.

The sanitation exercise, which aligns with the government’s agenda to keep the city clean, was held on 2 May 2026.

It saw the participation of heads of departments, units, and agencies, as well as commendable public involvement.

Several community groups also joined in to help keep the city clean.
